This department is working on philosophy to provide best services for the utmost satisfaction of the customer. Comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMC are one of the important service features provided by MCSD Department for various products. This has enabled the customers to avail regular maintenance of the products with prompt services without affecting the overall maintenance budget.
We at CSD are engaged in continuous process of improving our services to our esteemed customers. We use the latest service protocol to reach our goal of 100% customer satisfaction through effective and prompt services.
At Scorpia India, customer support is considered as most important activity of our Organizational Activity to provide After Sales Support including Process and Application support. We have a team of engineers trained at the manufacturing facilities abroad, providing proficient support to our customers, from various locations through out India. We have our Demo room cum applications support and training center, located at our head office at Ghaziabad.

Pre-installation Services
Our service team provides complete guidance on site preparation of respective machines before the machine installation. If required, our customer support engineer visits the customer site for guidance.
Installation & Commissioning
Well qualified and trained Engineers perform activity of installation and commissioning of machine at customer location. Also our team provides professional training to customer operators and maintenance team, for operation and maintenance of the machines, at the time of installation.
In-warranty Services
We offer following services during the warranty period of the majority of machines:
preventive maintenance visits with defined check points.
Telephonic support in case of any breakdown
Attend breakdown calls on site, when required.
Arrange replacement of in warranty spare parts, as applicable.
Machine usage audit and recommendation of spare parts required
Post-warranty Services
After the expiry of warranty period we offer Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), to our customers. Our standard maintenance contract covers two preventive maintenance calls and unlimited break-down visits, with unlimited telephonic support.
Spare Part Support
We maintain a huge inventory of spare parts to support our customer’s machines.
Training
We organize in-house as well as on-site trainings for hospital Staff to ensure efficient usage of our products, to update and advance the knowledge. We offer following training courses:
Basic machine operation / maintenance.
Advance machine maintenance / settings.
Basics of crimping technology
Refurbishing / Shifting & Machine Upgradation
